At the pool......

We took Kate swimming for the first time on saturday after our yard sale (we are trying to de-junk before the move). The water felt a little chily, so I wasn't sure if she would like it or not, but she loved it! I got this little crab floater at Target right before we went. I love that it has the little cover for shade.
She looked so cute from behind, just floating along. We were pushing her back and forth between us and she would kick her little legs. It was so fun to watch!

She was laying out in the shade and posing for me in her suit.
This is the perfect shot to show off her shapely legs.

Nurse Kate (and other random photos).....

So my dad has a tradition of getting scrubs for the grandkids when they are born. When Kate was born, the smallest size that he could find was 12 month. She has been waiting patiently to be able to wear them. We put them on her when we went up north last weekend and they fit perfect! Thanks grandpa!

Lately Kate always looks like she is plotting something. She loves to clasp her hands together and interlock her little fingers. It is so cute!

Kate likes peaches! I love how I am posing for the picture that I thought I was in, but Paul cut me off. Oh well, she is much cuter anyway.

Kate is practicing her balance. She needed one last picture in her cute little room before we move.

Silly girl....

Here is Kate showing off her new trick after church today. Please ignore my baby talk. I hate talking on video, and I never realize how dorky I am acting until I watch the video later, so I apologize.

6 Months Old...

I can't believe our baby girl is already 6 months old. She is such a little doll. I got a little carried away taking picture of her today, so sorry there are so many. She just kept making such cute faces.

Kate is not quite sure what to think of her new teeth. She she is always biting on her top lip and making this funny face.

I think she was tired of sitting up at this point....

Congrats Paul!

This last week as been quite eventful. Paul graduated (with honors) from the Nursing program at Dixie. So now it is time to move back up North. It will be nice to be up by family and friends again, but we are going to miss little St. George. We have had a lot of fun here in good old Dixie. Here are a few pics from the events last week.
Here we are at the Honors ceremony on Thursday.

Paul with his honors buddies, Ned and Sindel. Pretty cool medallions, huh?
Then on Saturday, we went to his pinning ceremony at an outdoor amphitheater right at the base of Zions Canyon. It was so pretty. Here are all the dudes from his class.
Paul with his brother Drake. Kate is so proud of her papa.
