So about a month ago, we decided to take a little day trip to Miami. It is only about an hour and a half away and so worth the drive. We went to the Miami Sea Aquarium...

Then we decided to head over to South Beach. It was exactly how you see it in movies. I giant party with a lot of skin. We looked a little out of place while we were building sandcastles with the kids, but the water was so gorgeous.
I am a Food Network nerd and I love Diners Drive-Ins and Dives. I had seen an episode about a diner in Miami called the 11th Street Diner so we decided to give it a try. It was so delicious. Everything was made from scratch and fabulous.

Looks like you had a fantastic day in Miami. Looks so beautiful and beach and all. The kids are just having a super time. The videos were great with Kate sounding out the alphabet. She is so smart. And Crew just moving around the couch like it's so easy. Thanks again for the pics, etc. Love and miss you. Grandma and Gramps
