Christmas Kate.....

My computer crashed so I have been going crazy for the last couple of days. We had to buy a new one (which is really fun right before Christmas) and I finally got it back today so I am all happy. I have been dying to put up these new pics. Kate's cousin, Claire, gave her this little santa dress and darling shoes. So of course we had to get some pics in front of the tree.

Kate's First Day at Church....

So today was Kate's first day at church. She was so good, she slept through the whole thing! I love this green dress on her. It is kind of funny, out of all of the cute clothes we have for her, we don't even have a dress that is small enough to fit her right now. We had to borrow this one from cousin Hazel.

Getting Big...

Kate is definately starting to fill out. At her two week appointment she was 7 lbs. 15 oz. Check out her rolls!

Firm Party.....

We went to the big Bingham & Snow firm Christmas party on Saturday night. It was Kate's first trip to Mesquite. Of course she got mad as soon as we got there, but she was so good the rest of the time. Everyone wanted to steal her in the gift exchange.

My Little Piglet.....

So I am not usually a huge fan of Winnie the Pooh and Friends but Kate got this outfit as a gift and she looked so cute as little Piglet I just couldn't help but show her off. (This one is for you Amanda.)

Thanksgiving....

Paul's family came to town for Thanksgiving. We had so much fun seeing everyone. Kate ate too much turkey. Here she is stuffed after dinner.

More Visitors.....

We have had so many people come to see Kate. Here she is with great grandma & grandpa Dayton. She is their eighth great grandchild.

Tammy brought cousin Hazel over to play yesterday. Can you believe they are only three months apart? We took Kate out on her first lunch date.

She was exhausted after her big outing, so was I.

One Week Old....

I can't belive she is already a week old. Doesn't she look so grown up?

Kate With Her Family......

Hi everyone. I have been dying to get more pictures up for everyone to see. I have about a million so far so it is hard to choose. I will give you a small recap of what has gone on this last week. At about 3:30 in the morning last Saturday the 10th, I woke up with back pains. I tried going back to sleep, not knowing exactly what it was. Finally at about 7:00 I woke up Paul and told him I thought we should go in to the hospital and get checked. The pains were getting worse and more often. We got ready and called our family to give them early notice just in case this was the real thing. We got to the hospital about 8:00 and they told us we were going to have a baby today. We let my family know and everyone jumped in their cars and headed down. They made it just in time for Kate to be born at 2:55. We got home form the hospital on Monday and I am finally feeling somewhat normal. Just a little tired. We did have to go back to the hospital three times to get her bilirubin level checked because she was looking a little yellow. It has gone down now so the doctor said we don't have to worry about Jaundice anymore. My mom and Mindy stayed and helped this last week. (I would not have survived with out them.) Now Paul's mom is here to help. Thanks to everyone for all of your love and support. Kate is so darling and wonderful. We are so lucky to have her! Here are some pics over the last week with her family.
