Happy Easter...
So here is Kate with her first Easter basket. She got some rice cereal, baby spoons, apple juice and a little book about the Easter story. Pretty exciting, huh? Good thing she doesn't know any better.... We haven't fed her anything other than milk yet, but the Dr. just gave us the ok for rice cereal and apple juice. She tried her first sip of apple juice today but she wasn't too excited. She took a couple of sips and then made an ugly face.

Creepy Bunny......
So last Saturday I was grocery shopping at Harmons when I saw that they were doing free pictures with the Easter Bunny. Kate was at home with Paul, but we were bored later so we decided to take her back over for a picture. This bunny was a little on the ragged side, but she was so happy, just look at her smile. I had to wait a week to be able to pick it up, but it was well worth it. You would think that they would wash the bunny suit every once in a while, huh?

4 Month Exam....
Kate had her 4 month check up today. We have been getting comments that she is a bit chunky (thanks Bo), so we were interested in finding out her measurements. She is 15 lbs. 7 oz (90th percentile), 25 inches long (75th percentile), and she has a very large noggin measuring in at 42 cm (80th percentile). The dr. said not to worry, once she starts moving around a bit more, she will work that right off, even though we love her just the way she is. We are so grateful that she is growing so well, the dr. said she couldn't get any healthier.

The Dresses.....
Last April, my sister Mindy was at Old Navy buying a dress for her daughter Hali. At this time, she new that Tammy was having a girl, and that I was pregnant and hoping for a girl. She decided to buy two extra dresses in hopes that Hali would have some girl cousins to wear them. She sent me this picture, and now almost a year later, we finally got the three girls together to wear them, Kate, Hali and Hazel. It was quite the adventure trying to get a good pic of all of them. Here are just a few of the many.

Last weekend.....
My family came to town last weekend to get away from the snow and to get some golfing in. Bo's friend hooked them up with golf at Wolf Creek in Mesquite. For anyone who knows about golf courses, this is one of the best in the U.S. It is normally $195 per person and they got on for free! Here is my dad, Paul, and brother-in-law, Brett. (Bo is taking the pic.)4 of the 5 Dayton girls. Someday we might all get together again......
Here is Subie's replacement. (a Nissan Murano) Paul picked it up in Phoenix a few weeks ago. It is so nice having something a little bigger.
Sorry guys, I had to.Kate all ready for church on Sunday. Don't you love her silver shiny shoes? They are my new favorite thing on her. (Thanks Kim!)
